For the Jet-Focused flight booking app, I began with targeted research on user-centric booking apps and insights from airline workers. Through iterative design, testing, and feedback, the final interface was honed to be both visual appealing for the user
and had the most simple flight booking structure.

I conducted user research involving focus groups with adults aged 25 - 57 from different finacial background
and observational studies of average user of flight booking apps.
These insights, coupled with interviews from airline stakeholders, shaped our understanding of the target audience's needs and preferences, guiding the design strategy for an enjoyable and smooth experience.

We interview students and parents to understand their decision-making criteria (e.g., academic focus, extracurricular activities, location). Through interviews we explored challenges students face in finding relevant information about schools.
